          Welcome to the Homepage of the Economics Department of the College of Arts and Sciences at Rutgers – The State University Camden Campus. We want to provide, students, faculty and guests with easy access to departmental information, and provide prospective students an introduction to our department, faculty and course offerings.

          Some of our students pursue graduate study in economics, business, law and related fields. Others pursue careers in business, government and non-profit settings. We provide courses and research opportunities to help students achieve their academic goals and help to prepare them for their career choices. Our program is part of a broader education anchored in the liberal arts. Our department and the College of Arts and Sciences are small enough to provide personal contact and attention to students, but large enough to provide a quality education with grounding in the humanities and sciences.
